my condolences to the family members of "chief ".i met chief about 20 years ago thru the vietnam veterans of westmoreland county.we became more than good friends.he was a fellow veteran brother.he was also my vice president for all my seven years i served as v v w c president.i hadn't been in contact with chief for the past several years since we both stopped going to the v v w c. meetings.i thought about him frequently,wanting to meet up with him at leo's in mt. pleasant and admire the memorial at the diamond.i'm going to miss him but chief will be in my heart and in my mind .i'll cherish all the times we shared over the years.i was notified about his passing late yesterday,too late to pay my condolences in person.please my heartfelt condolences for vietnam veteran brother. sincerely, Tom " Wiss" Wissinger
