Nick Jr, Memphis and the Nicolette Family -
Broke my heart when I heard this news. Nick touched so many peoples lives. I have known him since we were young kids and we stayed in touch during the last 50 years and tried to get together whenever I was in Mt Pleasant visiting my Dad. For the last year, we have been planning a bike ride. Nick wanted to set me, my brother Michael, and cousin Bud up on bikes and go riding ... like we did when we were kids.
Many more fond memories that I hope to one day share with you.
RIP Nick.

Dear Nicolette family,
My family and I are so sorry for your loss. While words fail to truly express the pain, know that our prayers and thoughts are there to encourage you. All humans feel the sting of death but the Bible gives comfort that God promises at 1 Corinthians 15:26 “And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing”. This is something that has brought me and my family solace when we've lost loved ones and we hope it encourages. Take peace and comfort. For comfort from the Bible, please visit bit.ly/Deathjworg

So sorry to hear of Nick’s passing. My prayers of comfort and healing go out to his family and friends. I had the pleasure in meting Nick about 30 years ago,he played in a band with my husband(Soupy) He was a great musician, and could he go off like nobody else on a space jam. Did you ever see him play Zeppelin with a bow, amazing! He so loved adventure. He did more things than anybody I know, skiing in Colorado , rock climbing in Utah, surfing in Costa Rica, and was great at all of them!!!! And the smile, melt your heart ❤️ Love you ,hoping you’re jamming with the best of them.❤️U Dee and Mike Suppes (hair farmers)

I have a few memories back in high school with Nicky. (Good old Geibel High). He was a good guy, very friendly, and I never saw him without a smile on his face. Music and skiing was everything back then and it seems it was everything throughout his life. My sincerest condolences to his family and to his sons. May the good Lord wrap you in his arms giving you comfort and peace. Play music with the angels my friend.

Nick was a very gifted musician. I am happy to say that I loved getting to jam with him many different times over the years. It was always fun to sit down on a kit and just play for hours with him. He would put his heart and soul into the music when he played. He will be surely missed

I grew up with Nicky in our neighborhood of Huntington Park. He was always a blast and fun to be with growing up. I loved skateboarding, bike riding and skiing with him and the neighborhood gang of the Buddy Santora, Danny and Doug Billingsley, Steve and Mike Santamaria, and my brothers, Tommy and Danny. Always thankful to him for paying respects at my Father's funeral. RIP Nicky!
