Obituary of Hayden A Smith

Hayden A Smith, age 19 of Orefield PA, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 6, 2022 at his home. Hayden was born on December 11, 2002, the son of Richard W. Smith Jr. and stepmom Tham. Hayden attended Salisbury High School in Allentown. He enjoyed all types of food especially Tham’s spring rolls. He spent a lot of time with his beloved dogs Elvis and Bowie. In addition to his father and stepmom, Hayden is survived by his loving grandparents, Bonnie and Richard W. Smith Sr.; step-grandmother, Thanh Thi Tran; his aunts and uncle, Tammy Mersich, Michael Smith, and Catherine Stoner; his step aunt and uncle, Lien Thi and Vash Cuong Danh; and by numerous cousins. Hayden was preceded in death by his uncle, Tommy Smith. Family and Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. A blessing service will be held in the funeral on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the St. Vincent Cemetery, Latrobe. All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant.
