Obituary of Mary G. Martinowski

Mary G. (Barkley) Martinowski, age 65 of Acme, PA died Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Latrobe Select Specialty Hospital in Latrobe, PA. Mrs. Martinowski was born June 1, 1957 in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of the late William E. and Evelyn (Hall) Barkley.

Mary was a 1975 graduate of Connellsville High School. She was a housekeeper for Seven Springs Resort for more than 40 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to the Casino.

She is survived by her loving family, her husband, Bernard “Butch” Martinowski, daughter Kristy Martinowski (Jason),  siblings; Patricia Bruner (Dennis), Robert Barkley (Cathy), Martha Shaffer, James “Bones” Barkley (Vicki), Sherry Hess (D.J.) and Scott Barkley. Mary is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Kaylie Martinowski, Payton Cooley, and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Steve Martinowski and her brother Earl Barkley.
