I’m very thankful for all the years we've had together, and I am trying to remember your laughter so I will not stay so sad. There is a special feeling I get whenever I think of you, it tugs at my heartstrings with a bittersweet song of what it was to have you in my life compared to how it is now that you are gone. We have shared so much together, and I will carry the memories with me like a handprint on my heart.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Marlene. I first met her when she would come up to where I worked at, to have a bite to eat or just to play the lottery. Always a smile on her face, and was happy to consider her as a friend. Marlene will surely be missed by all her family and friends.
