Obituary of Thomas J. Caletri

 

Thomas J. Caletri, 66, of Mt. Pleasant died Sunday August 6, 2023.  Thomas was born June 25, 1957 in Mt. Pleasant to Phyllis Ann Mullen Caletri and the late Joseph D. Caletri. 

Tom was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School class of 1975.  He had worked as a paramedic for Citzens Ambulance Service in Latrobe and retired as a diesel mechanic in Aiken South Carolina.  Tom was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Fireman’s Club, Mt. Pleasant Slovak Club, Norvelt Fireman’s Club, and Hecla Sportsman’s Club.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Tom is survived by his mother, Phyllis Ann Mullen Caletri; his children, Raymond Westberg, Joseph Caletri (Cheyann), and Jennifer Caletri; and his grandchildren, Rylyn, Daniel, Olivia, and Cienna.  He is also survived by his siblings, Marilyn Bulebush, and James E. Caletri (Cherie); and by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc, 204 Eagle St. Mt. Pleasant.  A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow in St. Pius X Parish Cemetery.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the DCI Dialysis Clinic in Mt.
