Obituary of Michael J. Cycak

Michael J. Cycak, 59, of Greensburg formerly of Jeannette, died Tuesday November 28, 2023 in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital.  Michael was born December 31, 1963 in Jeannette to Elizabeth “Betty” Marcic and the late Edward F. Cycak Sr. 

Michael was a graduate of Jeannette High School class of 1982.  He was a member of Sacred Heart Parish Church in Jeannette and had retired from the Jeannette School District working in the Maintenance Department.  Michael was a member of the Ukrainian Club and Russian Club in Jeannette.  He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved golfing, hunting, and fishing. 

In addition to his mother, Michael is survived by his brothers, Edward F. Cycak Jr., and Robert Cycak (Kris); numerous nieces and nephews; and a special cousin, Kathryn Marcic.
