Obituary of Jean Fenton

Jean Fenton, 90, of Mt. Pleasant died Monday February 19, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Ms. Fenton was born March 24, 1933 in Mt. Pleasant to the late Presley and Viola Shaffer Fenton.

Jean is survived by her sister, Arlene Assey; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family; and by her longtime companion, Bill Anderson. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her brothers, James, Charles, Donald, and William Fenton; and by her sister, Charlotte Martin.
