Obituary of Patricia K. Kwak

Patricia K. Kwak, 80, of Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday May 2, 2024.  She was born March 1, 1944, a daughter of the late Daniel W. Kelly Sr. and Evelyn Jacobs Kelly.

She is a 1962 graduate of Ramsay High School. She worked for many years at Bell Telephone and retired from Verizon. She was a member of St Michael’s Greek Orthodox Church and Bell Telephone Pioneers of America.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelly (Donald) Vernon, of Mt Pleasant; a brother, David (Kathleen) Kelly of Washington DC.; sister in law, Sandra Kelly of Harmony; and nieces and nephews, Patrick Kelly Jr., Heather Kelly, Erin Melo, Justin Kelly, Jarrod Kelly, Laura (Brian) Raspino, Daniel (Jane He) Kelly, Emily Kelly, Michael Kelly, Rachel Kelly and Hannah Kelly.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L Kwak, and brothers, Daniel William Kelly Jr., James Kelly and Patrick Kelly Sr.

In honoring Patricia’s wishes all arrangements and services will be private.  A private interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Kecksburg.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, in loving memory of Patricia K. Kwak.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., Mt.
