Obituary of Mary Jane Davare

Mary Jane Davare, 73 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away suddenly Tuesday June 25, 2024 at her residence.  Ms. Davare was born March 18, 1951 in Connellsville to the late Eugene and Elizabeth Franks Davare.

Mary was a graduate of Geibel Catholic High School class of 1969.  She was a CNA for several hospitals and nursing homes in the area.  Mary also worked at Shop-n-Save in Mt. Pleasant as a cashier. 

Mary is survived by her loving family, her niece, Stacey Hasley (Gregory); her nephew, Adam Davare (Dawn); her cousins, Kathy Roth and Tina Davare; and by her roommate and best friend, Phyllis Robertucci.  In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brothers, Louis and Jack Davare.

In honoring Mary’s wishes there will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday July 20th at 3:00 p.m. at the Arch Cafe, 615 Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, PA 15425.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., Mt.
