Obituary of Lorraine M. Clausner

Mount Pleasant, Lorraine M. Brush Clausner, age 87 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Monday (3/19/2012) in Harmon House Convalescent Center, Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. Clausner was born July 3, 1924 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late Frank and Helen Shebal Brush. Lorraine was a 1942 graduate of the former Ramsay High School, and then served as a clerk typist for the United States Army during WWII in the European Theatre. She enjoyed playing bingo and crocheting. Lorraine was a loving Mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family all who knew her. Lorraine is survived by her loving family: her daughters; Roberta L. Lehman and her husband John of Scottdale,and Cathy L. Sikora and her husband Rich of Mt. Pleasant, and by her beloved grandchildren; John R. Lehman and his wife Gina, Stacie Smith and her husband Michael, and Richard Sikora, and by her Great Grandchildren; Mackenzie, Gunnar and Colten Smith. She is also survived by her sister, A. Laverne Rosky of Canyon Lake, CA. In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Nevin Clausner in 1986, and by her brothers, William "Bill" Brush and Jennings "Bud" Brush. Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 1 until 9 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Additional viewing will be held Thursday from 9 AM until 11:00AM, the time of her funeral service, with the Rev. J. Tim Hoover officiating. Interment with full military rites, accorded by the V.F.W.
