Obituary of Pauline Bellish Baluh

Mount Pleasant, Pauline Bellish Baluh , age 91 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Sunday (01/12/14) in Excela Health- Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. Baluh was born January 9, 1923 in Pricedale, PA, the daughter of the late Bernard and Elizabeth Kitsko Bellish. She was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church. Pauline was a founding member of its Christian Mothers and was also a member of its Rosary Altar Society and the Ladies PA Slovak Catholic Union. She was a member of the former Auxiliaries' of the Kosciuszko and Shaft Clubs. Pauline loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. She also enjoyed playing cards, crocheting and was devoted to her church and the church organizations. Pauline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving family: her children; Joseph G. Baluh, Jr. and his wife Theresa of Mt. Pleasant, Dennis J. Baluh and his wife Connie of Norvelt, John B. Baluh and his wife Terri, and Denise Moyemont and her husband David, all of Mt. Pleasant, her beloved grandchildren; Andrea Billey and Brian, Joseph G. Baluh III and Heather, Bernard Baluh and Dana, Jeremy Baluh and Ashley, Brandon Baluh and Kelly, Bethany Ann Black and Jeff, Steven Moyemont and Rachel Moyemont, her Great Grandchildren; Anna and Peter Billey, Gavin and Danika Baluh, Brianna and Brynlee Baluh and Grace Black. Pauline is also survived by her sister, Elizabeth Kotarski of Ambridge. In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph George "Cyler" Baluh in 1999, and her brothers, Bernard and Joseph Bellish and her sisters, Ann Kundrick and Mary Kundrick. Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM and Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. A blessing service will be held Thursday at 12:00-Noon in the funeral home followed by Pauline's Funeral Mass at 12:30 PM in Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, Mount Pleasant, with the Rev. Dennis A. Bogusz as celebrant. Interment will be in the Visitation Parish Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant. A parish wake service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 3PM, and the Visitation Rosary Altar Society and Christian Mothers will pray the rosary immediately after the wake service.
