Obituary of Kristie Lee Hause

Kristie Lee Maida Hause, 63, of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014, in Excela Health Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. Mrs. Hause was born Dec. 12, 1950, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of Gerald and Edna Zaronsky Maida, of Mt. Pleasant. She was a 1969 graduate of Mt. Pleasant Area High School. Kristie enjoyed going to the Senior Citizen Center and visiting with everyone. She loved people, and always had a kind word to share. Kristie is survived by her loving family: her parents, Gerald and Edna Maida; her son, Ronald J. Hause Jr., Ph.D., of Seattle, Wash.; and her brothers and sister, Gerald E. Maida, of State College, Jonathan P. Maida and his wife, Misty, and Karen S. Maida, all of Mt. Pleasant. Kristie was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald J. Hause, in October 2013.
