Obituary of Jane Grimm Beltz

Tarrs, Jane Grimm Beltz, age 89 of Tarrs, PA, died Saturday (9/6/14) in Excela Health- Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. Beltz was born May 7, 1925 in Tarrs, PA, the daughter of the late Mason and Catherine Husband Grimm. She was a lifetime member of Center Bethel Church of God, and was active in the Doers Sunday School Class. Jane was a graduate of the former East Huntingdon High School. She worked as a Veterinary Assistant for the William Bean Veterinary Clinic in Greensburg. Jane enjoyed working in her flower garden, especially tending to her beautiful roses. She was a loving and devoted mother. Jane is survived by her loving family: her devoted son, John "Mike" Beltz, with whom she resided, and her niece, Heidi Fox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; John, Paul and James Grimm, Margaret Morris, Ruth Newhouse and Jean Fox. In honoring Jane's wishes, there will be no hours of public visitation. A memorial Service in her honor will be held Tuesday at the Center Bethel Church of God, Alverton,PA at 6:00pm with Reverends Lee Kline, and D. Keith Solomon officiating. The family wishes to extend an invitation to join them for a reception immediately following the Memorial Service in the Church Fellowship Hall.
