Obituary of Nancy Marlene Grimm

Mount Pleasant, Nancy Marlene Grimm, age 79 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Sunday (9/7/14) in the Excela Health- Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, PA. Ms. Grimm was born December 27, 1934 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late Luther Jennings and Melva Jones Grimm. She was a member of the Church of God of Mt. Pleasant, where she served as secretary of the Sunday school and enjoyed singing in the church choir. Prior to her retirement, Nancy was employed in the Registration Department of Frick Community Hospital. She was a loving and devoted mother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed Nancy is survived by her loving family: her daughter, Corinne "Cori" Grimm and Edward Aller, and her beloved grandchildren, Drake, Brandon, and Brent Aller. She is also survived by her sisters: Shirley Brant and W.J. of Rockwood, Connie Strichik of Pottstown, and Kathy Meredith and Jim of Mt. Pleasant, by her brother, Keith Grimm and Kathryn of Berlin, and her sister in law, Nancy Murray Grimm of Acme. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Luther Jennings Grimm II, in 2009, and her brother-in-law, Robert Strichik in 1988. Family and friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 & 5 to 7 pm at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mt. Pleasant, PA.
