Obituary of Holly A. Meredith Levine

Mount Pleasant, Holly A. Meredith Levine, age 45 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died unexpectedly Tuesday (3/24/15) in the Excela Health- Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, PA. Holly was born December 23, 1969 in Washington, PA, the daughter of James and Kathy Grimm Meredith. She was a member of Living Waters Church of Irwin. Holly was a 1988 graduate of the Mount Pleasant Area School District She is survived by her loving family: her parents, James and Kathy Grimm Meredith of Mt. Pleasant, her beloved children; Kyle A. Levine and Bailey R. Levine, both at home, and by her sister and brother, Beth A. Dixson and her husband William of Moorsville, NC and Jamey B. Meredith II and his wife Dana of Corry, PA. Holly is also survived by her paternal grandmother, Dolores P. Meredith of Washington. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, James Meredith and by her maternal grandparents, Luther J. and Melva Grimm. Family and friends will be received Friday from 6 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St., Mt. Pleasant. Additional visitation will be held Saturday at the Mt. Pleasant Church of God, 936 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, PA, from 2 until 5 PM, the time of her funeral service, with Pastor Steve Bane officiating. Private Interment will be in the Mt.
