Obituary of Freda Mae Dugger

 Freda Mae (Thomas) Dugger, age 82 of Everson, PA, died Thursday (2/1/18) in the Excela Health-Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA. Mrs. Dugger was born January 28, 1936 in Bentleyville, PA, the daughter of the late Henry and Emma Mae Musgrove Thomas. She was a member of the First Baptist Pilgrim Presbyterian Church in Scottdale. Freda was a member of the Everson Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. Freda was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by her family, friends and by her special friend and companion, her dog "Sprinkles". She is survived by her loving family: her devoted husband of 61 years, Joseph B. Dugger, her children: Joseph W. Dugger and his wife Mindy of Everson, Juliana Clausner of Mt. Pleasant, Janice Reed, Emma Mae Henry and her husband Anthony and Ruth O. Dugger, all of Scottdale, and Marilyn Wright and her husband Ellis of Everson and by her beloved thirteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Freda is also survived by her brothers; Henry Thomas and Barbara and Joseph Thomas and Shanley, all of Scottdale. In addition to her parents Freda was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; John, Jesse, Harry and David Thomas, Alverda Dugger, Ruth Wingrove and Reda Weimer, and her great grandson; Gary Preston and her sons in law; Ricky Clausner, and Gary Reed.  Family and friends will be received Sunday from 6 to 8 PM and Monday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Funeral Services for Freda will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale White officiating. Interment will be in the Scottdale Cemetery.
