Obituary of Robert L. Bjune

Robert L. Bjune, age 78 of Mount Pleasant PA, formerly of Brooklyn, NY died Thursday (4/18/2019) in the Excela Health- Frick Hospital Mount Pleasant, PA.

Mr. Bjune was born Nov. 27, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Leonard and Catherine Devlin Bjune. Prior to his retirement Robert had been employed as an Investment Banker with Chemical Bank in Manhattan. He served in the Army from 1959 until 1962.

He is survived by his loving family: his brother Russell Bjune and his wife Patricia of Mt. Pleasant, and by his sisters: Linda Flaherty of NY and Deborah Maalouf of GA. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brother Roy Bjune.

As per the Roberts wishes, there will be no public hours of visitation. Private Inurnment will be  at  in the National Cemetery Of The Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
