Obituary of Margaret Ann Rose

Margaret Ann Long Rose, age 80 of Mount Pleasant, PA died Friday, December 11, 2020 in the Amber House at Harmon House, Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. Rose was born August 13, 1940 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late Vernon and Anastasia Cunningham Long. She was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church. Margaret was a graduate of the former Ramsay High School. She was a beautician and a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She is survived by her loving family: her husband of 57 years, Louis T. Rose, her children, Lou Ann (John) Kopler of Greensburg and Darren (Julie) Rose of North Huntingdon, and by her beloved grandchildren, Chase and Sydney Rose. Due to the current health crisis, there will be no hours of public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, 740 Walnut Street, Mount Pleasant. We respectfully request your adherence to all current medical guidelines, including wearing a mask and social distancing.
