Obituary of Rose Marie Rinaldi

Mount Pleasant, Rose Marie Corradine Rinaldi, age 92 of Mount Pleasant PA, died Saturday (04/02/2011) at the Harmon House Convalescent Center, Mount Pleasant, PA, Surrounded by her loving family Mrs. Rinaldi was born August 17, 1918 in West Newton, PA, the daughter of the late Francisco and Adeline Santise Corradine. She was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church and The Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society. She attended McKeesport High School. Rose was an avid bowler and enjoyed her Saturday mornings bowling with the Pleasantettes Bowling League. Rose loved people and enjoyed music and dancing. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and an adoring grandmother. She will be remembered for her kind ways and friendly smile, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Rinaldi is survived by her loving family: her children; Louise Bales and Donald, Adeline Palanko and James, all of Mt. Pleasant, Frank J. Rinaldi and Melanie of New Stanton, Donald Rinaldi and Darla of Mt. Pleasant and Ronald L. Rinaldi and AnnaMarie of King William, VA. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Barbara Veto, David Bales, Barry Palanko, Cara Pietropaolo, Matthew Rinaldi, Sarah Richardson, D.J. Rinaldi and Hunter Rinaldi, and by her great grandchildren; Alex, Greg, Carrie Anne, Marco, Sophia, Emily, Gavin, Rosaleigh, and Mason. Rose is also survived by her brother, Alphonse White of McKeesport. In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Emilio D. Rinaldi in 1991,and by her brothers and sisters; Edward, Anthony and Louis Corradine , William White, Josephine Farkas and Clara O'Connor. Family and friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 pm and Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 9PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. A blessing service will be held Wednesday @9:30am in the funeral home followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Pius X R.C. Church, Mount Pleasant, with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko, as celebrant. Interment will be in the St. Pius X Parish Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant. A Parish Wake Service will be held Tuesday @3pm in the funeral home.
