Obituary of John Paul DeMarchi

John Paul DeMarchi Sr., 80, of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday March 4, 2023 at his residence.  Mr. DeMarchi was born April 18, 1942 in McKeesport to the late John and Winifred Fitzpatrick DeMarchi.

John Paul was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church.  He graduated from McKeesport High School class of 1960.  He worked at General Electric as a Sales Representative.  John Paul was a member of numerous local social clubs and he could often be found sitting on his porch.

John Paul is survived by his son, John Paul DeMarchi Jr. (Kimberly) of Stahlstown; his grandchildren, Brittany A. Bergquist (John) and John Thomas DeMarchi; and by his siblings, Thomas, Mark, and David DeMarchi, and Irene Gondella.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Ann "Boo" DeMarchi.

Family and friends are invited to attend John Paul's Memorial Mass on Tuesday March 14th at 1:00 PM in St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant.  In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to Westmoreland County Blind Association, 911 S.
