Jim, Dave, Larry and family; I was saddened to learn of your mom's passing. While it has been many years past, the memories of time spent in your home while growing up are as fresh as if it were just last summer. Your mom always made me feel welcome, and is no small part of those many fond memories. I am sorry I wasn't there to visit in person, but my thoughts, prayers, and condolences are there for each of you.

To Alice's family:
My sympathy to your family, as I just learned of Alice's passing. I only remember Alice vaguely because I was just a little girl when my family rented the yellow brick house from Mr & Mrs Gaia on Washington St. My maiden name was Grimm, and I am Tom and June's daughter. May you find comfort and strength in God and in each other.
Sincerely, Lena Mears

Mother Alice is the best mother-in-law a woman could pray for. Her son Jim is God's most precious gift to me. And he is so special beucase of the way she loved him and raised him. She always made me smile and she is one who loved to know how everyone in the family is doing. My favorite memory was when she came down to south carolina shortly after Jim and I married, and it was right at the same time my mom was visiting. I had both my loving mothers with me laughing and playing games at the kitchen table. To the family, on behalf of my mom (Donna) amd my whole side of the family: we send you prayers of comfort, love and fond memories. Mother Alice will live on in each of us becuase of the way she touched our lives. God Bless you all. With love, Jennifer and Donna

I will always remember her sense of humor - - even when I saw her last - - about 6 weeks ago - - she had that smile on her face. She always remembered to ask about all of the family and really cared. She loved her family and those around her and will be greatly missed.
